This is a high quality, extremely well engineered product.
It arrives as a compact flat-pack of wood, with parts pre-laser-cut but still in the board. You just press the parts to pop 'em out. Then you assemble the parts to make your jig. There is also a small bag or two of odds and ends, mostly the screws and such.
The fit/tolerance of the parts is very tight. I had to sand the pegs a bit and use a rubber mallet to knock them into place. The fit is tight enough that friction will then hold everything together adequately. But some plain wood glue or Elmer's run along the seams locks things down even better.
It took me a couple short sessions to assemble everything but now it is operational, remarkably sturdy, and highly functional. Just what I was looking for.
Oh and it arrived in no time. Just over a week. Outstanding!
