What we sell

We design and laser-cut equipment for scale modelling: building jigs, model stands, paint racks, organizers, transport boxes, and metal parts, made in Kremenchuk, Ukraine. Some items are made to individual order. Product photos and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them; small variations in materials, such as wood grain or acrylic tone, are normal and not a defect.

Prices and currency

All prices on this store are shown in US dollars (USD). Prices exclude shipping unless stated on the product page. We may change prices at any time; the price at checkout is the price you pay.

Ordering and payment

You place an order through checkout. The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. For made-to-order items, we start production once payment is confirmed. We may contact you by email if we need to confirm details of a custom order.

Delivery

We ship worldwide, except Russia, Belarus and Iran. See our Shipping Policy for carriers and customs information. It is part of these terms.

Returns and refunds

Intellectual property

All drawings, designs, cut files, and product concepts on this store belong to Laser Model Graver. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our designs or files without our written permission.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from the use of our products. Our products are designed for hobby scale-modelling use. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer protection law that applies to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any dispute will be resolved under Ukrainian law.
