Your right to return

If you are in Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" (Article 13) gives you 14 days from the day you receive a distance-bought item of proper quality to withdraw from your purchase and return it.

Buyers in the EU and UK also have a 14-day withdrawal right under their local law.

If you are ordering from another country, contact us by email and we will confirm the next steps for your order.

What you can return

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Items we make to your specification are final sale: your own size, design, or engraving. Under Article 13, Part 5 of the same law, goods made or altered to your specification cannot be returned once production has started. Standard catalogue items are returnable within the windows above, even though we cut them after you order. Final sale does not affect your rights if an item arrives defective or damaged.

Defective or damaged items

If your item arrives defective or damaged in transit, contact us by email with photos of the item and the packaging as soon as possible after delivery, and we will agree the return arrangements with you.

How to start a return

Email lmginfo17@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. For a change-of-mind return, you pay the return shipping; we will confirm the return address by email.

Refund method and timing

We confirm the refund by email after we receive the returned item. Refunds go back to your original payment method; your bank or card provider may take some time to show the funds on their end.
