Ukrposhta / Nova Poshta
Ukrposhta ships abroad; Nova Poshta ships within Ukraine.
Cost shown at checkout
Shipping cost for your address is shown before you pay.
Outside Ukraine
We ship worldwide with Ukrposhta, except to Russia, Belarus and Iran. Shipping cost for your exact country is shown at checkout, before you pay.
Within Ukraine
Domestic orders ship with Nova Poshta across Ukraine. Product prices exclude delivery, and the shipping cost is shown at checkout, before you pay.
Customs
Orders shipped outside Ukraine may be charged import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by your country, not by us, and aren't included in our prices.
Packaging
Everything ships flat and unassembled, so it fits a small parcel for the carrier. You'll need PVA wood glue to build it, which isn't included in the box.
If something goes wrong
If your order arrives damaged or a parcel goes missing, email us with your order number and photos, and we'll agree a replacement or a refund.
Full terms
EU, UK and Ukraine buyers have 14 days from delivery to return a standard catalog item. See our Shipping policy for the full carrier and customs terms.
