The aircraft model assembly kit is the BB-01 building jig plus two add-on modules, sold together at one SKU. A single BB-01 is enough for a straight-fuselage build. The kit earns its price if your model has a biplane cell or a wing dihedral angle to set.
What's inside the assembly kit
The kit (BB-40 for 1/144–1/32, BB-41 for 1/72) includes the BB-01 building jig, the BB-02 add-on module for biplane cell assembly, the BB-03 add-on module for setting the transverse V (dihedral) angle, a BB-27 universal clamp and a BB-38 clip. It comes in the same two scale choices as the BB-01 alone: a 210×250 mm working field for 1/144–1/32 (BB-01), or 130×160 mm for 1/72 (BB-07). It's compatible with the BB-04 rotary table. You can also choose a "without clamps" jig version (BB-46 / BB-47) if you already own clamps.

Bought one at a time, a BB-01 with clamps ($16.95) plus a BB-02 module ($5.95) plus a BB-03 module ($3.95) comes to $26.85. The assembly kit covers the same four items for $25.95, a small saving and one order instead of three.
Who should buy the bundle vs add modules later
If your current kit is a plain monoplane with a straight fuselage, the BB-01 on its own holds it square while the glue sets. You don't need the extra modules. If you build biplanes, or set a wing dihedral angle, the BB-02 and BB-03 modules do that job. Buying them in the kit is simpler than adding them one at a time. Both modules also fit a BB-01 you already own, so you can upgrade later if a kit needs them.
FAQ
What does the assembly kit include that the single jig doesn't?
A BB-02 module for biplane cell assembly and a BB-03 module for setting the wing's transverse V (dihedral) angle.
Is the assembly kit worth it for a simple monoplane?
Usually not. A single BB-01 jig holds a straight fuselage and wings square on its own, without the extra modules.
Can I add the modules to a BB-01 I already own?
Yes. The BB-02 and BB-03 modules fit both the BB-01 and BB-07 jigs, so you can buy them separately later.
Does the kit work with the BB-04 rotary table?
Yes. Both the single BB-01 and the assembly kit are compatible with the BB-04 rotary table.
